Wildberries did not have a unified and transparent process for managing office access requests. Different departments used separate request channels, from chatbots to manual messages to managers.
As a result, employees often could not request passes on their own and had to rely on colleagues, which slowed down the process and created unnecessary dependency.
The existing system also lacked request cancellation, a transparent pass history, and a simple way to deactivate access when needed. Administrators had to process a large number of requests manually, without proper search, filtering, or sorting tools. This led to delays, confusion between departments, and potential security risks.
