Design an interface for an architectural bureau that would include not only a portfolio, but also a clear list of services and a calculator for estimating potential project costs

The homepage serves as a presentation-focused entry point featuring selected projects, company news, available services, and primary call-to-action elements.
The portfolio page allows users to browse all bureau projects before opening a dedicated project page.
A lightweight filtering system was also implemented to simplify navigation.

The calculator behavior changes depending on the selected project type:
